Alpharetta, GA – March 16, 2009 - Cajana completed an engagement this week with Weld County, CO, assisting with the implementation of Oracle’s User Productivity Kit (UPK) in support of their PeopleSoft training initiative, designed and executed by Peak Performance Technology. Weld County has outsourced their PeopleSoft support to a third party unfamiliar with Oracle’s UPK product, and was struggling with implementing it to meet the required training schedule. Cajana and Peak Performance Technology have worked together on several other initiatives, so the Peak team reached out to Cajana immediately. Our UPK experts quickly diagnosed and corrected the implementation issues, working closely with both Weld County staff and the outsourcing vendor’s team. Our rapid response and results kept the training initiative on track and reinforced their confidence in the UPK product. “We called Cajana on very short notice, and as always they were able to respond immediately,” said Rob Cardelli, President of Peak Performance Technology. “The training was in support of an upgrade in progress, and any delay would have jeopardized Weld’s planned go-live date.
